ps3 games for christmas?

Now i want about some games but i don't which ones to pick. I know that i want resistance and blazing angels. Any other suggestions?

Um, you better read the reviews for Blazing Angels. On the Xbox 360 side, the general consensus is that that game sucks.

R6V rocks, and R:FoM is supposedly the best PS3 game, so those are good choices.

i forgot to add tony hawk too. I know it has a bad framerate but it still looks cool. ABout blazing angels - i think it is going to be better because of the time they took to tweak it and how sick it will look in HD. So i need another good game to get.

What's wrong with just 3 games, why do you need five? Those three games will keep you busy for a long time....not to mention cost almost $200 :( .

How can it look cool with bad framerate issues? I'd avoid that until a patch is released, if not then just skip it. Tell Activision/whoever makes Tony Hawks games now that not fixing this problem will prevent sales.

for the hell of it - 5 games would be £250 here. £20 less than a Premium 360 or £70 more than a Wii. ****** prices.

im not saying i want 5 games. i just want to see if there are 5 solid games available before christmas. BTW vegas is out of the question - not coming out till january. So my new list so far is Resistance + Blazing Angels

You do not need 5 games and also try Downloading the demos online and also some of the downloadable games are nice.

There a lag??? I havent seen a lag and I play it at 720p and 1080i. There are no people online since 99.9% of the ps3 are on ebay. If your bored, install fedora core 5 on it. Im waiting for the public mirror of Yellow Dog Linux. However I installed fedora already and my roommates play with my PS3 all the time.
Lots of people tell me my ps3 is going to break down. I have no clue what their talking about since my doesnt over heat and I play it all day at 720p or 1080i. Does your system get hot?

oh...then I'd rent it first and decide for yourself. What someone calls bad frames may be fine for you, but don't just go and buy if thats the case.
