woohoo, got my wii at 8 this morning. i was wondering if there was a way to go straight into a game though rather than going to the menu?

No, you need to click on the Wii Disc channel first.

Maybe on an upcomin update they'll allow this to happen somehow.

Y'know, has anyone tried to hold A, or B, or 1, or 2 at startup and see what happens? Just found out that if you hold 2 before the warning in tennis, after character select, you get all-blue courts. Maybe there's something like that?
