Question for the people who know...
I have been using mac's for over 7 years now and provide tech support at the ad agency that I currently work but I want to move towards a job with Apple or as an Apple Genius or in a field where I can provide support for Apple products as a full time position.
I plan on getting the Apple Techtrain (http://www.apple.com/support/products/techtrain.html) software then take the appropriate tests but I want to know if there is another path that I should be taking?
Thanks for any and all info that can be provided especially a salary range that an Apple tech might earn. Please e-mail me with your suggestions.
