I'm in the process of saving up some money towards replacing my G4 Mini with an Intel Mini. My plan is to sell the G4 a few days prior to getting the Intel, and use the money towards the cost of the Intel.
So, I'm wondering how much I can probably get for a 1.25Ghz PowerPC G4 Mini, with 1GB RAM, a combo drive, and no Bluetooth or wireless? All discs would be included, and I've still got the original box!
I got the system without any upgrades at the time to keep the price as low as possible. The only thing I've upgraded myself is the memory. It works perfectly, and has no problems (I'm making this post with it). My primary reason for wanting to swap it out with an Intel Mini, is because it's not compatible with my LCD monitor over DVI (A known issue with the G4 Minis (http://www.freewebs.com/themagius/macintoshmini.htm)). Supposedly the Intels don't have this problem.
If anyone is particularly interested in buying my Mini, I'm waiting until after Macworld (Jan. 12th) before selling it.
