I'm looking for a Wacom tablet, any model, as long as it's decent. I don't have much money to spend, so I'm looking for one that you're willing to sell for $40 max. It doesn't have to be the newest and fanciest tablet, just one that I can play around with.

I suggest looking around for a used AIptek tablet if $40 is your ceiling...

are you set on a 40 dollar cap? and are you wanting an Intuous (1,2, or 3) or one of the cheaper Grapphire (i think that's how you spell it)? You can find the smaller grapphire's for like 60 new from best buy and some places...but if you are looking for a larger intuous...40 might leave you empty handed unfortunately...

Nah, not looking for anything fancy. Small is fine, Graphire is fine. I'm actually looking for a Graphire3, which is the previous version of the current Graphire4, and should fall around the $40 pricepoint used...

double that, and you can have a graphire3. (i find it very rare on ebay to find them less than $70-100)
triple that, plus a bit more, you can have a graphire4. (very rare to be below $100-120)
Wacom makes THE only good tablets on the market. You get what you pay for. $40 wont get you, truly, much.

Raven VII, i don't know where you live, but best buy right now has the 6x5 graphhire for like 60 bucks...that might be the best you can find, at least, the best you can do for a new one...however, if you keep looking and don't get impatient, you might be able to find one on MR or on ebay...
