You should really read this thread about how this Apple user got treated!!!
Its shocking that apple uses these policies!!! They are going to loose a lot more customers in the long run than save a buck!

Yeah, i'm still not really sure what he wants us to do about it-- abandon the platform? storm apple headquarters? use our combined TK powers to repair it?

yeah...what is that guys deal...if his story is true, why can't he realize that life sucks and just move on. i've only heard about problems like his once...from him...on almost every mac message board. ugh :rolleyes: i think this guy needs a life.

every mac place i go i see him. its always the same story, sometimes you just gotta shut up. he is the ONLY person i have ever heard with that many problems with apple, he thinks apple service is bad he should go buy a compaq, that will teach him. compaq about half a year ago moved there whole tech support department to india, and i have worked with them before, its like hell.
