do you know the apple retail stores have educational discounts or not.

if a student goes to an apple store with his school identity card does he/she could get educational discounts.

please tell me asap.

ah, but does that apply to the uk?

The US seem to get much better edu discounts, like keynote+ilife for $15! i don't live anywhere near an apple store (neither do most of the brittish population) so it'd be a bit of a long trip just to find out that they don't do edu discounts :(

any of the UK Posse know the answer?

i dont know about apple stores..but i do know that the computer store that is in the bookstore at my school offers educational pricing on everything. in fact,as far as i know, the prices that are labeled on everything is already education pricing.
for instance a 12 pb is 2499 as compared to 2899-retail...thats canadian dollars.

all you need to do is show your student ID and then fill out a form and you get your student discout. be sure to have your driver's license with you, as well, since the form asks for your license #
