2 wow accounts?

I got wow from my brother as christmas presents, because he want to play whit me.
I dont know if i like the game, but now i have it.

But to my question, I am "guardian" for my brother, he is not over age of majority. So his account is registered in my name.
Can i make another account whit same name and email?

Yes you can. I have two accounts registered under the same name, address, and credit card and it wasn't a problem.
