I've grown tired of having a mouse that goes to sleep while I'm still working(with the keyboard), so I've gone back to a wired mouse. Selling the mouse for $15 shipped(MSRP $49.99) via USPS Priority. It's a MacAlly BTMicro bluetooth optical mouse (http://www.macally.com/spec/bluetooth/btmicro.html), with 2 buttons + plus scroll wheel/button. It works perfectly. The mouse takes a minute or two after boot-up before it responds, and it goes to sleep after 10 or 15 minutes which requires a simple press of any button to wake it up. -I assume that's normal behavior- The mouse requires 2x AAA rechargeable batteries, not included. In the picture you can see the mouse sitting in the charging cradle, and the AC adaptor.
