Universal games for Mac?

Just got a MacBook Pro (256MB V-RAM, 2GB RAM, 2.0 Core Duo chip). Installed UT2K4 and I'm not impressed.

Question 1: Is UT2K4's crappy performance because the app' is not Universal and running under Rosetta on my MBP?

Question 2: Are there ANY games that have been converted to Universal?
