man i haven't been around the forums for a while (christmas and all) and there are simply too much postings threads etc. to catch up so i sum up a few impressions
1. Red Steel:
found single player not very bad looking, multiplayer sadly rather limited in term of options and graphics
found single player also entertaining despite the cut sequences which are not a bad idea but badly translated in terms of sound (also not skip-able)
multiplayer quite some fun but i haven't played split-screen for a long time
music and sound effects (when going to cod3 for wii, i really miss the reload sounds from the controller) are nice
overall a solid game, not a huge raving hit or total disaster like many people on the net made it
2.super monkey ball banana blitz:
some controls in minigames a little off but the good ones make up for it easily, improved singleplayer with some nice looking courses
better music than the older titles
overall good party game even the single player with passing around the controller
3.rainbow 6: las vegas (pc version):
i don't know if it's the pc version fault, but sheesh the unreal 3 engine has like 3 graphical options ... what the ... happened there ?
i haven't played the recent versions after rogue spear i only heard that it really got action oriented ... well i didn't realize it were this bad when this title got called "way better then the older ones" ... recharging health bars in a rainbow 6 title .... and i thought sonic with a gun was stupid enough
