I have two samsung (cingular) sgh-c417 flip cell phones in red that i can let go of. they work great but we are not using cingular anymore so out they go. they are in good condition and look nice. cant find the chargers atm but ill stay looking.they have BT and are quadband 125 each shipped

i have a unlocked moto v80 still in the box. the nob on the front is a bit loose so i dont kno how much this is worth. comes with box and charger + manual

If Uselessdreamer1 hasn't taken both C417's, I may take one off your hands. I bought that Japanese phone from suneohair thinking it would work with Cingular...a waste of $100...and he won't refund me either :(

many people in that thread stated that it specifically would only work in japan and you would have no luck using it here in the states wth cingular

Yes, but when I asked for a refund, he said "No no, I can get it unlocked." . I asked him 3 things:

1.) Does it use GSM SIM cards?
2.) Is it quad-band?
3.) Can it be unlocked?

His answers:

1.) Yes
2.) Yes, I'm sure
3.) I will ship it to you after I unlock it.

He told me also that he needed to pay his bills, which is why he had it for sale. Since it returned where all of his answerd were wrong (except #2), I'm guessing he really needed this money and didn't refund me...




As of yesterday, I have no money. But, I'm selling the phone on eBay/MacNN. Hopefully it goes really high on eBay since some people could be fascinated by it for its features, accessories, and the fact that it was from Japan :o
