City of Heroes/Villains...Does Anyone Play This?

I'm probably going to purchase City of Heroes/Villains, but before I do I want to get some feedback. Is it a good game, how does it compare to WoW, What's better Heroes or Villains? Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

It's based in (a fictional town in) my state, so that's reason enough to get it. :D
