WTB/Feeler - Mac Mini G4 RAM

Hello. I recently got a used Mac Mini G4. It has the original 256MB RAM in it. I'd like to upgrade it to at least 512MB (only has one slot though) so I'm looking to buy a 512MB stick of RAM or higher. I can get a 512MB stick new for around $45-50 (if I look on ramseeker.com).
Anyone here have any RAM they removed from a Mac Mini G4 for sale?
