My suggestion for a price: For good condition used gear like this I'd say two thirds of the best on-line price. If the gear is older, no longer in production or a bit beat up then 1/2 is reasonable.

how long did you use this drive, and in what capacity. i'm guessing you weren't BOOTING off it or anything, but was it being used as a storage drive that you accessed maybe once a day or were you doing a lot of read/writing from and to it....
