anyone else having problems with wii shop?

is anyone else having difficulties getting into the wii shop? it keeps giving me an error message or just takeing forever so i have to reset it. its quite strange because the internet channel works still. are the servers buggered do you think?

I've read that sometimes the serves are bogged down and you can't get it.
Also read resetting your modem works.

I can get in just fine, i tested right before i posted this. I see we are in totally different regions though so who knows, maybe some issues on servers on that side of the pond.

I get some problems with it, but my network is known for cutting off anyways (as those on my Messenger and iChat lists will know :p ). so its hard to tell if its Nintendos servers or my own connection at times :(
