Hi,

I've got one each of the following:

256MB PC2700 (333MHz) DDR SDRAM

256MB PC2100 (266MHz) DDR SDRAM

512MB of PC2700 (333MHz) DDR SDRAM

The 256 sticks are (at least) over spec-ed but might register in your 533 (for all I know). I'm pretty sure that the 512 was pulled from a 1.25 mini. I think that they're going for about $25 on eBay, but I'm not sure that eBay is a stable indicator of worth these days--iSights for almost $300!?! Anyway, reasonable offer, and it/they is/are yours.

PS I just moved and so have a truck load of parts and such I'm looking to offload (clam, mini, MDD stuff, wireless/networking and the like); if you need anything else PM me and I'll see if I've got it.

I'm fairly certain that I have a couple of sticks of 168-pin PC133 desktop RAM sitting in the bottom of my spare parts box.
Most likely 2-3 sticks of 256MB and 2-3 sticks of 128MB.

Which size / how many were you looking for?

The mac min ram doesn't do me any good as there's only 1 slot. ;)

Those sticks won't fit in a G4 533 as they are pin incompatible.SDRAM desktop memory has 168 pins;DDR RAM has 184.
