Just dumped Comcast for AT&T High Speed DSL. Say what you want about AT&T (SBC Yahoo!) but Comcast is way out of line with the $60/mo for cable internet. Not paying it. No way, no how. :)
That said, I need a DSL Modem. I don't know too much about DSL so I don't know if they all will work or not with my new service, but I would imagine they are all basically the same.
I have 3 routers, so I do not need one with a built-in router (though I wouldn't be opposed to it either, I guess).
Let me know what you got!

Don't they give you one when you sign up?
Anyways, I might have a spare. Lemme look and get back to you.

I've got a brand new one... used only 3 weeks with AT&T before I cancelled. They're customer service was unbelievably bad.... I paid over $450 for three months of DSL and phone service... because of all the "SETUP" fees and "CONNECTION" fees... etc, etc... ridiculous. I wouldn't mind getting back a small fraction of what I paid.

Well, they offer you one for $49.99 (free after mail-in rebate) but I loathe mail-in rebates so I'd rather just buy a used one for cheap.

I have no idea to be honest. If someone could clarify this for me, that'd be great.
