Safari and Tabs (quick question)

I love the tabs on safari but I would like new windows to come up as tabs e.g. in the forms if someone gives a link to a web page and I click on it, it opens a new window, I would like a new tab instead.... Is this possible I looked in the prefs and didnt see anything, maybe Im just blind. :(

If you have the beta 2 of safari, in the prefs, there is a whole section for tabs, you just click to enable them, chose your options and your done!
once you have them turned on, you press the apple buttun while you click for the link to open in a tab.
