WTB: iBook or Powerbook

Basically, I'm looking for something in a G4 - it doesn't have to the newest, just something which is portable and (if necessary) fairly discardable. Beyond that, I'm not too picky.

I've been trolling on eBay and find the prices to be really... erratic.

[The Past]

I posted this in another post, will something like this interest you? What price do you have in mind?

iBook 12" 1.2GHz model with 1.25GB SDRAM and 30GB hard drive. It has airport and purchased in May 2005, with AppleCare. Very snappy and works as a charm. Never been my primary machine, so has not seen any abuse or taxing usage.

The only issues are that one rubber foot was missing out of box and the tip of the charging cable is a bit bent (not on the iBook, on the cable). Battery went through both recalls, so the current battery is good a new, replaced only couple of months ago and hardly a couple of cycles since initial calibration.

[The Past]

Forgot to mention that it comes with box and all original discs. I do not have 10.4 disc to give away with the system, so I will format it to original specs and send original discs.

What are you thinking, pricewise?

I'm not looking for this for a main machine, I basically want it to be a portable word processor for a project that I'm working on.
