View Full Version : Simple Netscape question
question1
May 21, 2003, 06:18 PM
I'm using Netscape Navigator 7 on OSX. When I type an address in the address bar and then hit return (or enter) nothing happens - the cursor just sits there flashing annoyingly. Does anyone know of a setting I can change or any other solution to this problem (I've tried reinstalling)???
Thanks.

Use camino or safari instead since they are better browsers (at time of this post).

even if someone here knows the answer to the question... the question remains, why are you still using netscape?
i was loyal to the very end, but i just couldn't hold on anymore-- for all of safari's bugs, the speed improvement is worth it...

I know Safari is better and that is why I use it most often. But this leads to a new question, then. I just use Netscape for hotmail (i know that sucks too, so spare me) because Safari doesn't seem to work with hotmail. Is that so, and/or are there any ways to get Safari to wrok with hotmail?

when did you last try safari with hotmail? i think that issue has been fixed with recent versions.....
and still, camino is better than netscape.
ice- i love the disclaimer about "at the time of this post" ha

U should try out the latest version of safari as it does work with hotmail.
