Crazy tearing graphics problem

There is something wrong with my graphics on my computer. All the other graphics work fine except for when it has to go in to using all the 3D stuff. For example when I'm playing WoW, everything jumps around and moves all over the place. I've tried using two different video cards. An ATI 9600 and an nVidia 6200 and neither of them fix the problem. I have all the updated patches for the game and for my graphics drivers. And no its not just WoW either. I've adjusted all kinds of settings in game and out of game using various control panel programs that come with those cards.

Is it possible that my motherboard or the RAM is causing me to have this weird graphics problem?

Is it just in WoW? Since upgrading to TBC it has been behaving spazzy for me on my Mac Pro.

as I said in my first post...no its not just WoW.

Is it possible that my motherboard or my ram could somehow be messing with the 3D acceleration on my video?
