iPod problems still looming, just not as bad.

Ok, I took it back to the Apple store in columbus, they pretty much told me to get lost there was nothing they could do. I got home and found a page online on how to open it up. and I did and fixed the center dial, it dose what it should now...but the menu button isnt working still, I get it to work somtimes then it just stops working. I'm really getting annoyed since there is no way to move back on my iPod. Please help somone...if anybody.
