Now For Sale: $1100 shipped OBO. Thanks!!I have a one month old MacBook (Black) Core duo 2.0GHZ. Stock other than the 1GB memory. Great shape, no dead pixels. It was an impulse buy and I really am not using it. What does everyone think is the going price? Thanks.

Well I'm assuming you bought it for the refurb price of $1299 so I don't see why you wouldn't be able to get $1200 for it.

I was going to ask $1100 shipped so it would seem that would be fair? It is not a refurb. Bought it brand-new and has Apple Samsung Ram in it.

Doesn't the Core Duo (not C2D) blackbook go for $999 on the Apple refurb site? Refurbs also have a full one year warranty. Everything else equal, i think most people would say a refurb from Apple is worth more than a used secondhand, even if it was originally bought brand new.

I think that puts a fair price for your computer maybe around $900-1000, maybe a little more on eBay.

BTW, this isn't threadcrapping. The OP did say "feeler" :)

I'd say about $1000 if you're lucky. As stated, a refurb blackbook is $999 but only 512MB.

Well, I just sold a brand new one (Black CD with 1GB) for $1,125 shipped. (Shipping via FedEx ground with $1,300 insurance cost me about $16).

So, I guess that between $1000 and $1100 is your range.
