Yeah, there's apparently a product called "Missing Sync" coming out this month that will do the job.

Can't find anything with Avant go support though...:)

Latest MacWorld had a review for an app that did that. www.macworld.com and do a search. I can't remember the name of the App, PocketMac maybe?

Missing Sync has been out for some time, and is for PalmOS devices (Clies, specifically), not PocketPC devices.

Try PocketMac I think It works farily well, It was reviewed in MacAddict.

That's true. But there's a PPC version coming out in June. As I said previously...
