My two cents...
The Eyetv 250 brand new from the apple store is $199.95.
The Hybrid is NOW $149.95 from the apple store, the $100 price tag was a one time special deal. Digital or not, thats no excuse to price it lower or at the digital tuner's price. Like applemacdude stated, the 250 has hardware encoding and if you have the hybrid you will understand why its so cheap.
