Desktop Theme Question.....

Ok im not sure what they are called, but are there any downloads that change the mac osx look like a matrix theme, it changes like....
the shape and color of the cursor and menus
and text and stuff like that
well if any body has any form of help that would be great.

This guy is amazing, he doesn't use a third party software system, he uses the OSX installer app.

THANKS ABUNCH , i know giving links is like a task.
still, is there any more for mac osx, like my friend (PC USER) has a desktop that is continually dripping matrix code. any thing like that for mac?
