It's a long story that goes like this: I bought my AppleCare 2 days after the warranty on my 12" PB expired and thus couldn't get it activated. That was September, and I just realised I still had it last week. I called Apple and they were gracious enough to offer me $258 RMA. But since I paid the full $349, figured I'd offer it up here before returning it...
