View Full Version : Adam and Eve Paradox?

I have been wondering this for a year or two now... Is the whole incident of eating the apple off of the tree a paradox? I mean, Adam and Eve were created perfect; sin free. And in a way, if they were perfect, then they could never have thought of eating the apple off of the tree and disobeying God. Kind of like how a microwave won't keep things cold for you, it wasn't designed to do that. So if something is perfect, it will never sin, but if it sins, then it was never perfect.

Good god, my brain hurts.
