Formating CDRW

For the hardcore Mac users it might be a stupid questions.
I just switched today and I would like to use my CDRW disc in my superdrive.

How can I format my CDRW disc?

I went to the help center in the finder menu bar and 'put in rewritable CD'. This is what it gave me.

I wasn't trying to be rude in pointing out that the info was in machelp simply being direct. Of late I've gone from just giving all the answers to letting people know where I got them. I think this will help people make themselves smarter rather then relying on others. Sometimes I think maybe I come across as short but I really don't intend to be.
