Palm V as far as I can tell. The label is worn.

• Charge / Sync ( Serial ) Cradle

- It says Palm OS version 3.5.0 and apps seem mostly v.3.5. Says 7894K available.

• Screen is in very good shape. Seems to function fine. Body is a bit nicked / worn here and there.
