it can be a risky process. get some feedback, ebay feedback, references with other buyers on these forums, etc.

i agree with that, another good check is to see what kind of information that they want, if they want a lot of feedback and references its likely to be more credible then someone wh jst wants u to ship it to an address....

if u met them on here, then u can easily jst ask for member references.

because i feel comfortable shipping my computer worth $1,000+ to someone i don't know in hopes that i will receive what supposedly will be shipped to me, eventually.
