I recently ordered the XtremeMac iPod cable bundle from Apple's site and everything was great except that the car charger did not work, so I emailed Customer Service on Saturday with an inquiry as to what I should do, should I send the whole bundle back or just the car charger etc? I emailed them instead of calling them because they arnt available on weekends, but Monday I received a replay stating they would just send me a replacement, and this morning before I left for work it was already here!
Amazing really, saved me a big hassle.
So anyways, wanted to share that story, if you need mac accessories defintely check out XtremeMac, they make a few products for the iPod, Xserve and they also have a cool hub thing for the FP iMac that I am thinking about purchasing soon, and they have great customer service.
