Well here I am. I was going to make a more grandious entrance but decided a more humble and a simple game related theme entry would do.

I'm happy to report the missunderstandings between myself and the gods & mods have been settled, and I have a clean gaming licence :) Thank you to all the mods and Dr.Q for finding in my favor.

I was unsure whether to start posting again if I'm honest, but the unfailing support I recieved made the decision a little easier.

I dont want to go over what happened - we should let that rest, but I do wish to personally thank everyone for their kind words of support during the last few days. It has meant a lot to me anddeserved a very big THANKS

A lot of you went way beyond the call of duty and I just want you all to know I am truly humbled by all of you.

sikkinixx your song was wonderful even if the singing was a little tone deaf :D And clean your basement, the dust was 6 feet deep.

So here I am. Get your game on :)

Thank you to all the mods and Dr.Q for finding in my favor.

Since you went ahead with a thread of this nature against advice I feel it necessary to correct the incorrect statement above. You do not have a clean slate and your ban was found to be justified. You were allowed back early solely because we wanted to communicate with you via PM the long list of your offenses that resulted in this ban and we didn't want to wait a month to do so (banned members can't check and respond to PMs).

This ban was not the result of a single incident but a pattern of abuse. You should be well aware of this since Dr.Q communicated this message to you at great length and detail privately. I am sorry you have again chosen to make matters which would normally be kept private public. I also find it a disturbing indication that we should expect more problems from you in the future seeing as you chose to acknowledge your wrongs in private only to create a thread such as this when we allow you back.

To everyone else, remember what jsw discussed in his "how to handle getting banned" thread. Other members often don't notice what caused a member to be banned because the mods have done such a good job editing or deleting the offensive posts before many people see them.

In matters such as these we sometimes change temporary ban lengths to communicate with member in greater detail what has resulted in their ban, but it does not indicate that the ban was a mistake. When a member handles a ban as poorly as this it also means the member will be permanently banned for their next offense, no matter how small.
