I have an AppleTV a couple weeks old, hardly used. I'm thinking about selling it, but Not sure what a slightly used one is going for now. I'd like to sell it here rather than eBay.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. But I believe that due to the fact that there is no 2nd gen apple tv out, and given the increasing number of hacks for it.. you should be able to sell it easliy for 299 shipped.. or just 299 if its local

Well, I doubt someone is going to pay retail for a used unit from a third-party seller... but I understand what you're saying: he probably didn't lose much. You figure, anyone can buy it now from Amazon with free shipping and no tax at $299. So, I'd say that somewhere around $250 - $275 seems fair.
