The front is scuffed, i can buff that out with some brasso, if you want. If not, I'll sell it as the scuffs are. They are from my Black Belkin case.

The iPod will come with one USB sync cable, and some of the new-style earbuds(I actually don't like these, they "peak" from volume way too soon for my tastes).

I don't have the box or anything.

I'm asking US$160 Shipped, but send me your offers, if you think that's not the right price ;)

Here's a longshot, but would you consider a trade for an Elgato eyeTV 250? It's never been used, I got it as a Christmas gift from my boss and only opened it to chek out the connections.

Got it!. Great transaction and great guy to deal with. only thing is the headphones did not work, and the battery is apparently a little bit flaky. It is a friend of mine who i got it for, so i told him to test the battery by running it all night with music. i am wondering if i could get a tiny bit of cash back for the headphones as my buddy is making me get him a pair...
