So I decided I will sell my Apple TV. You guys are pretty knowledgable about this item. 160GB HD (Seagate w/ 5-year warranty), original packaging, Apple Remote, HDMI cable.

$320 OBO, willing to trade for a good Canon EF lens compatible with my XTi

IMO, probably somewhere around the same price you'd sell it with the 40gb drive and the warranty.. I'd guess that the bigger hard drive only compensates for the lack of warranty. Of course, it really depends on how much someone values the warranty. If you find someone that doesn't care about the lack of warranty, then you might get more from them.
