So, I have a single ticket to the sold out Bjork show on May 2, one of only 6 shows she's doing in the states.

Seat is on the first Mezzanine, Row D, Seat 504- not bad, at least as far as I know. [you can see the seating, and a view of the stage, at the RC webpage, here: http://www.radiocity.com/seating.html#

I'd really love to sell it to a macrumors pal, but if it doesn't go here, I'll have to put it on ebay. The ticket price was something like $89.00, plus all those horrible Ticketmaster fees [grr] - I paid $119.45 total. Anybody willing to pay $119.45?

Will take paypal. That price is shipped, or I'd consider trying to meet you in Manhattan. I will have the ticket delivered to me- they wouldn't let me leave them at the boxoffice for pickup.

You can check ebay references- search for "sturgidson" [my macrumors has a typo, so copy/paste the bolded version of my name].

HEY ALL-

I've had to put this up for Auction on Ebay. Anybody who is interested can still PM me, or check out the auction at:

PM me with questions! Many thanks!

That is a fantastic deal for a Bjork ticket. I once sold some Chicago tickets to a show of hers for nearly triple face value b/c my wife and I couldn't go after buying the tickets. The extra $ helped make up for the disappointment of not getting to go the concert. If I could be in NYC I'd buy this.

If anyone here is a Bjork fan, snatch this up. She is AWESOME live!!!!!

Thanks for the comment, Jovian9.

Yeah, she really is terrific live- my wife and I have seen her once before, and we are going to this show. We just have an extra ticket, and really want somebody who wants to see Bjork get it, rather than just make a couple bucks. It'd be nice, of course, to get the extra cash. But thought we'd let a macrumors pal have a good time with it first.

To sell this a bit more: She's got a brand new album, 'Volta,' coming out on 7 May, which means you'll actually be seeing her before the new album is out. That promises to be a cool experience.

And, again... she's only doing 6 shows [plus Coachella] this round in the states- 6. And they're all sold out, to my knowledge.

So, here is a SCAN of the ticket itself, which has arrived at my residence:

EDIT: User below correctly identified a serious problem with posting the barcode. I'm sorry about posting it, I wasn't thinking about that issue at all. My error entirely.

Also, some corrections: the face value of the ticket was $86.00, not $89.00, but we're still asking to recoup all of our cost. Ticket still priced at $119.45.

If this isn't sold by tomorrow morning, I'm going to have to put it on ebay.

I'd rather give it to somebody here at cost.

Thanks, everybody.

Ehm... Not sure if its wise to post the bar code.... if you do end up selling you dont want to give the buyer any problems at the gate.
