New, never-used Canon WFT-E1/E1A Wireless LAN File Transmitter for EOS (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=020&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=300106918337&rd=1&rd=1)

I purchased this from Calumet for over $1,000, but never has the need arisen to use it. I'm probably going to skip the 1D2 in favor of the Mark III, so now's a good time to pick this incredibly-hard-to-find piece of hardware up for a song.

This is compatible with the:
20D
20Da
30D
5D
1D II
1D IIn
1DS II

Bogen Manfrotto 3021 Tripod (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=020&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=300107598769&rd=1&rd=1)

My trusty tripod for nearly a decade -- it's been all over the country and even to Europe with me, but it looks practically new.

Bogen Manfrotto 3047 3-Way Pan/Tilt head with Quick Release plate (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=020&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=300107599268&rd=1&rd=1)

One of the best pan/tilt heads ever made -- rock solid and very, very strong.

If you are the winning bidder and the final price is over $825, message me and mention that you saw this listing on the MacRumors forums and I will include a lightly-used (less than 10 cycle) BP-511 for free.

If you can still find the WFT-E1 (it's been discontinued), you will pay Canon's $1,000 minimum advertised price.

My example is brand-new, and with the prices of used and refurbed EOS 1DmkII/1DmkIIn cameras falling in the wake of the 1DmkIII announcement, you can probably pick up a nice 1DmkII and my WFT-E1 for $1,000 less than the price of a new 1DmkIII. (The WFT-E2, which can only be used on the 1DmkIII is now selling for $1,000; the WFT-E1 is compatible with the 1DmkII/IIn, 1DSmkII and 20D, making it much more versatile.)

Apparently, the WFT-E1A is compatible with a much wider range of Canon EOS dSLRs than I initially was told. I have updated the auction to reflect this new information.

I've had a few questions from prospective buyers wondering about how I ship abroad.

When I ship internationally, I declare the items as gifts to minimize import duties and taxes. I am, also, entirely honest about the contents and their value -- a necessity for insurance coverage. I use Global Express Mail because it is the least expensive trackable method and can be insured for up to a $5,000 value; typically, deliver occurs within 2-5 days of shipment (barring any holds in customs). I've shipped quite a few items abroad, including a $2,500 Powerbook, and have never had a package disappear or a buyer complain about duties or taxes.

My auctions (http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZmustangdvsQQhtZ-1) end this evening. Good luck bidding!

PS - If you have any questions about any of my items, please ask before 12:00am EDT (0500 GMT).
