View Full Version : Canon Ink and Ilford paper blowout...

Switched to an Epson R1800 so my canon inks and Iford paper are not compatible. The ink is the BCI-6 kind for the s820 and s9000 (what I had). Works with many Canon printers with separate color carts. I have:

4 Cyan
1 Photo Cyan
3 Black
2 Magenta
1 Photo Magenta
1 Yellow

Paper is Ilford classic pearl (black box). The best pearl paper imo. Roughly 80 sheets (counted...87 sheets). Some corners slightly dogged, but fine for printing 8x10s (we're talking 1-2mm of the corner). I also have the Kirkland glossy that is also Iflord paper. I can't use these anymore because my Epson uses different ink chemistry and now need to use iflord Smooth pearl (red box).

~80 sheets Ilford Classic Pearl
~100 sheets Kirkland/Ilford Glossy
~40 sheets Kodak luster

Probably more since I overestimated when comparing to a 25 sheet box). Some corners slightly dogged, but fine for printing 8x10s (we're talking 1-2mm of the corner). If so how much (shipped to 29063) for just those approx 80 sheets ?

Shipping would be $12 (UPS Ground). $30 for the paper, so $42 shipped.
