Applestore in Argentina?

Hello.
I am moving to Buenos Aires this fall as an exchangestudent, and I am trying to find argentinian prices on powerbooks.

But on the argentinian apple site, there is no link to the applestore. Anyone know prices or links?

Also, I live in norway now and I want my mac to have norwegian keybord and OS. Is it possible to get this in argentina?

One more:
Is there any difference in warranties if I buy my mac outside my home country? will I have to send the powerbook to Argentina for repairs?

Ok, last one:
Can I travell to Argentina and still buy the powerbook on the Norwegian applestore and get it shipped to Buenos Aires?
