It is referred to as the I/O Panel Kit (I can only find a part number oh the G3s though)

I would shoot an e-mail or place a call to the folks at welovemacs.com - they may have one or can point you in the right direction if not keep your eyes open on ebay.

Theres a good reason you cant find it.

They are non-detachable. It is shaped into the back panel/door metal.
