mac os X and nvidia go 7300

Hello
I have a normal windows pc, on which i installed mac tiger (build for intel)

Now I'd like to have my grapic card NVIDIA go 7300 on my laptop working so I can play games etc

thanks for any help.

1. Apple's policy is that u can not legally install OSX on non-APPLE-Manufactured machine.
2. not sure if GF go 7300 is OSX compatible.
