This article epitomizes OS X's unbelievable progress at what I believe is the key to Apple's success. If we can get the UNIX guys, we can win the war.

os x is apple's big gamble and it looks like it is paying off...the first big gamble in '98, the imac, literally saved to company and os x is unfortunately needed to do the same lest we see apple go into high tech oblivion and become a non-factor in computing again like the 90s...or worse

windows xp and their version of aqua is proof enough that apple has a hit on their hands with the new operating system!
