With as hard as the drive is for the average person to upgrade, I think that only having a 20gb drive will really limit what you could otherwise get for it.
As for eBay, I'd guess you'd get at least $400 if it had a normal drive:

Ne'er mind, read you just replaced it.

Out of curiosity, why did you replace the drive with a 20GB model? I'd guess that's going to hamper your sales quite a bit... if I were buying, I'd essentially drop the price by about $100 to justify the cost of a new drive to get it back into the world of reality and my own efforts in replacing the drive on a Mac that wasn't made to be easily serviceable. The negative impact might not be quite that severe, but I'd guess that you'd get around $320-350 on eBay for it, and $275-300 shipped here.

Is this eBay or the Price is Right?
I paid $350 for a similarly spec'd Mini w/ a 80GB HD here on MR.
I'd expect that you should be able to get around that, and possibly more on eBay.

yes, but his has the case damage, and he/she's on here, so i guess 350 would be a good buy, but probably reasonable for MR
Then again, some of the prices are a little off on some other things they have up for sale.
