I'm selling my BlackBerry Pearl. It's T-Mobile branded, however, unlocked so any SIM will work in it. Works great. I've had it for a week. It was a warranty replacement through T-Mobile. I don't actually know how old it is...sometimes T-Mobile's warranty replacements are new, sometimes they're refurbs, so it could be a week old (and btw, it hasn't been used at all during that week) or it could be a bit older. But when I got it, it looked brand spankin' new, and it works great. I'm selling it because I got a different phone.

As I said, it's T-Mobile branded, which means it still has the T-Mobile logo on the front and the T-Mobile startup screen, but it's been SIM unlocked (thanks to T-Mobile's awesome unlocking policy!) so if you have Cingular or another GSM carrier, you can use it.

I'm throwing in a few extras as well:
Leather case/holster with swivel clip (Link (http://www.shopblackberry.com/_blackberryaccessories/cgi-bin/pd.cgi?frompage=category&page=product_detail&fromcategory=Carrying+Solutions&category=Carrying+Solutions&pid=F2222HY66MBD35ESC6A). Mine's just like this except it has black stitching instead of white)
1 gig Kingston MicroSD card for storing music and whatnot (I do not have the MicroSD -> Fullsize SD adapter, so you may be SOL if you want to use a card reader for some reason)
Adapter to let you plug in 3.5mm headphones (Link (http://www.seidioonline.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=529). The adapter works funky. Plug the headphones into the adapter, then the adapter/headphones into the Pearl, otherwise, you won't get stereo audio)
Yak-On (AIM/MSN/ICQ software) license (Link (http://www.yak-on.com/). Completely 100% legal. It's already installed and activated. It's tied to the PIN number and activates automatically, so if you ever wipe the BB for some reason, you can re-install it and it will auto-activate)

Yak-On will only work if you have a BlackBerry data plan. It's 20 bucks a month from T-Mobile. If you have another carrier, check with them for details. Internet and push e-mail also only work with said plan, and believe me, it's worth it. MacRumors anywhere :D

The OS is completely clean. I wiped all the data off it, so no 3rd party stuff installed (with the exception of Yak-On) or half-assed OS hacks and mods and such. I also took the liberty of installing the North America DST patch.

I'll also be throwing in the original wall charger, USB cable and handsfree kit. I do not have the original box, manual, or BlackBerry Desktop software CD. The CD doesn't matter since it's outdated anyways and only has the Windows version. If you'd like, I can burn a PDF of the manual from RIM's site, BB Desktop for Windows and PocketMac for OSX to a CD. Just ask and I'll do it. If the only thing you need computer connectivity for is to transfer MP3s to the MicroSD card, you don't need the software since it's USB Mass Storage

Rather than copy and paste all the specs, I'll just link to RIM's site (http://na.blackberry.com/eng/devices/device-detail.jsp?navId=H0,C101,P203#tab_tab_specifications)

And of course, no FS thread would be complete without lots and lots of pics (http://web.umr.edu/~tlpgx2/pearl/). Any smudges you see are fingerprints and wipe right off (The Pearls are a bit of a fingerprint magnet)

I'm hoping to get about $250 shipped or best offer (within the US. And I prefer to stay within the US, but will consider sending it elsewhere if you pay the extra costs, are a long standing, trustworthy member on MR). Please PM me offers.

It's up on eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260122563057) now. Feel free to bid, but if you want to Buy it Now ($245 shipped), PM me and I'll end the auction and give you an $8 discount which is what I would pay in final value fees to eBay ;)
