I'm looking to speed up my gf's Macbook. Anyone have a 1Gb stick they are looking to sell? I know there's some good deals at buy.com and newegg...but I'd like to check out if any MR members needs cash is looking to get rid of their RAM. Maybe we both can help on another. Please let me know.

To be truthful, people here on MR tend to charge the same or more. You'd be better off retail.

Your right. I bought a set from newegg. They are selling OCZ's for 47.99 with a 20 Mail in rebate so it comes out to $27. Not bad for 1GB DDR2 RAM
They also have Patriot's for $54 with a $25 m.i.r.
