The first step would be to file a claim with PayPal stating you never received the good and the seller promised you a refund (I hope you still have the e-mail). This is disgusting and I'm sorry you had to experience such a bad transaction! Where has the credibility gone at MR? I do hope you get your Macbook or a refund soon!
