Has anybody seen these? I want one that is 12volt powered and will broadcast a mile or so...even more if possible. I know it is illegal by FCC regulations, but they must exist. And if they don't exist, clearly the parts to make one exist. Is there any electronics wizards here that mught be interested in building one for a fee?
