I am debating whether to buy this computer. phew here goes.

500Mhz PPC
30GB hard drive
384 MB ram. (side question: does this share the same ram as a 700MHz eMac?)
DVD-Rom

220 shipped to me.

is that a good price? and the ram question above.

there are no accessories included. just power brick and CPU.

Find out what kind of video card is included. Condition is also important.

The Cube's RAM is PC-100 or PC-133.

I so miss my Cube. I would hit that at $200 shipped if you can make it happen

it's an ATI 16MB vram video card. i'd be very interested in putting a better video card and 1.5 sonnet down the road. but it looks SOOO pretty. i think 220 might have to be my settling point. they're not very negotiable, but where else am i going to get a cube in mint condition with 500mhz to hold me over til i can get a sonnet upgrade card.

That's a pretty decent deal. I would say go with $220 shipped because that's essentially $200+shipping, which is a good price for a mint cube. I would still offer $200 shipped though. :D

That would be the RagePro 128, the card you (unfortunately) find in most stock Cubes. It's pretty weak. You'd have a few reasonable upgrade options available depending on what kind of display you wanted to run, probably for not a lot of money, but I imagine these parts are getting more difficult to find.

BTW, to my way of thinking at least a Cube can't be called "mint" if it doesn't include the original speakers at least and preferably the keyboard too. A lot of those speakers seemed to disappear for some reason.
